Paris Hilton

Ms. Hilton has yet to head to the Big House, but her 45 day sentence is set to begin June 5 at Century Regional Detention Facility. She was charged with violating her probation in an alcohol-related reckless driving case. While spending her days with 2200 felons, Hilton will have to rely on the sassy orange jumpsuit to quell her fashion cravings.

Nicole Richie

Booked on a DUI charge last December when police found her driving the wrong way down a freeway off-ramp, Richie later admitted to taking Vicodin and smoking pot. Pleading not guilty in February, the star has a pretrial conference set for May 11. Under California state law, Richie could face up to a year in the slammer since she also has a previous conviction.

Mel Gibson

The actor, who was pulled over last summer on suspicion of drunk driving, found himself the subject of much media – and fan – scrutiny. The Passion of the Christ producer hurled anti-Semitic epithets at the arresting officer and berated other officials before being taken into custody with a 0.12 percent blood alcohol level. Gibson subsequently entered a rehab facility for his alcohol-related anger issues.

Lil Kim

Rapper Lil Kim (nee Kimberly Jones) was sent to the slammer in 2006 for lying about her knowledge of a shootout outside a New York City radio station. Scheduled to serve a year and a day in the clink, Kim was released early for good behavior, but remained under house arrest or 30 days. She will continue to be under supervised release for the next two years.

Jason Wahler

This former Laguna Beacher, who has been arrested four times in nine months, was most recently taken into custody in April for wrestling a man to the ground at a Seattle hotel. The combative, drunken Wahler uttered racial slurs at arresting officers dispatched to the scene. This incident follows his altercation with a tow truck driver in California, for which he was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Michelle Rodriguez

Former Lost actress Michelle Rodriguez was picked up last year for violating her probation, stemming from a DUI conviction. Sent to the slammer for 60 days - at the same facility Hilton is set to call home - Rodriguez was also required to attend alcohol rehab and perform community service. Her probation is effective until 2009.

You know what pisses me off? They are all rich enough to have someone drive their ass around but they still drink and drive! And how sad is it that nicole ritchies mug shot s cuter than most of her pics in the magazines lol.

I agree with Lyndeep. If they know they are going to be drinking, why not do the responsible thing and hire someone to drive them home.
